Eden Shaw is the Founder and President of Speak2Youth Advocacy, founded in 2025. Based in Maryland, Eden manages our headquarters. An experienced advocate and national leader through the AJC, TAA, and involved in her community as SGA Class President and School Vice President, Eden's passion for advocacy drives her work.

Eileen brings excellent management experience to our team as President of her school's DECA club and as a Content Creator for DECA inc. on the international level. She is an experienced researcher as a Girls For Business Education Writer. Eileen aims to help grow Speak2Youth Advocacy through working with a variety of students globally.

Juliana is a dedicated student leader with seven years of advocacy experience. She is a Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC) Publications Coordinator and Certified Workshop Presenter, Free State Parent Teacher Association (FSPTA) MASC Student Representative to the Advocacy Committee and Student Representative on the State Board of Directors. She is also a Student Shadow of Maryland Senator Sara Love and Delegate Dylan Behler. Juliana hopes to expand our global impact.

Sera is an organized leader with a background in Student Government Association (SGA). She was President of her school's student body from 2024-2025. As a member of her school's DECA club, she is experienced with collaborating on important projects. Sera serves on the DICK's Sporting Goods Girls Power Panel, and is a writer for Girls for Business. Sera hopes that Speak2Youth Advocacy will continue to expand.

Arpita provides strong communication and organizational skills, as a long-time Model UN delegate, high school club officer, and mentor. Arpita founded a financial literacy initiative, Budget Buddy, which has reached several dedicated teen interns, raised $1,000+, and developed 14 lessons on a developed app prototype. She brings insight to career-centered lessons through her legislative internship experience. Arpita seeks to incorporate all learning styles in our presentations.

Vice President, Morgan Gudges
Morgan is organized and a great team member. She has experience as a Speak2Youth Executive Board Member, having served as a 2025-2026 County Affairs Deputy. She has organized presentations and effectively presented multiple times through Speak2Youth. Morgan hopes to equip the next generation of leaders with meaningful advocacy skills.

Kumayl is an attentive leader, and has experience working with elementary schoolers to teach them how to strengthen their debate skills and grow into confident public speakers. He was an Ambassador with Speak2Youth last year as well, where he scheduled presentations and presented effectively. Kumayl hopes to present workshops to new schools.

Olivia is an excellent problem solver and a team player. She has experience with managing finances for multiple organizations including her dance studio and competes in DECA Marketing & Communications events. Olivia is also a Girls for Business writer and a skilled dancer. Olivia hopes to serve children globally through intentional fundraising.

Harrison is a great collaborator. He is a student athlete and is involved in many school clubs, like No Place For Hate. He is a Teacher Assistant for a first and second grade class, and brings a student-centered approach to Speak2Youth presentations. Harrison hopes to keep our funds organized and positively impact many kids through presenting.
