At Speak2Youth Advocacy, we are dedicated to empowering elementary and middle school students globally to develop advocacy skills and find their voices through student-to-student guidance. We believe in teaching youth to develop confidence, public speaking, and communication skills.

Eden Shaw is the Founder and President of Speak2Youth Advocacy, founded in 2025. Based in Maryland, Eden manages our headquarters. An experienced advocate and national leader through the AJC, TAA, and involved in her community as SGA Class President and School Vice President, Eden's passion for advocacy drives her work.
Eileen brings excellent management experience to our team as a DECA Training Director, as well as a Girls For Business Education Writer. Her literary analysis skills and attention to detail are top-tier. Eileen aims to help grow Speak2Youth Advocacy through working with a variety of students globally.
Arpita provides strong communication and organizational skills, as a long-time Model UN delegate, high school club officer, and mentor. She brings insight to career-centered lessons through her legislative internship experience. Arpita seeks to incorporate all learning styles in our presentations.
Owen is experienced in leading youth and adults alike in change-making efforts as a national Youth Ambassador for the TAA. As a representative of his school's swim team for their swimming league, he handles pressure with tranquility. Owen seeks to provide youth with skills for their advocacy journeys and support resources.
Ellie brings great communication skills to the table, having been a national presenter at TICCon25, and a long-time national advocate for the TAA. Her membership of NJHS and STUCO since 2018 has refined her interpersonal relations skills. Ellie hopes that Speak2Youth Advocacy will help kids feel like their voices matter.
Khloe is a strong leader, exemplified by her presidencies of her school's Mock Trial club and Cooking club. Committed to learning about legislation and policy, she has refined her critical thinking and organizational skills. Khloe seeks to expand Speak2Youth Advocacy to other states and countries this year.
Peyton has strong moral values and encourages those around him to put forth their best effort. He has served as a volunteer firefighter over the past 2 years. He is also a national Youth Ambassador for the TAA. He aims to help kids become better versions of themselves and learn how to advocate for themselves.
Speak2Youth Advocacy was founded with a simple goal in mind: to create resources for children globally to feel confident in themselves and their ability to advocate for their passions. Through interactive presentations and activities, this student-led organization prepares today's youth for difficult conversations and powerful assertions.
